Saturday, October 13, 2012, 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm at Village Green Perennial Nursery (WSB sponsor): “Bring your apples and pears and what the heck-plums-we’ll press them and make some cider and juice. Bring buckets/jars for your juice Donate $5 person to use the super cool antique press (circa 1883)…let’s make some juice!
Also-bring a pumpkin to carve-make a gooey mess, feed it to the chickens and leave with your carved pumpkin. Pretty cool we have a great place for the messy, gooey, slippery, fun pumpkin guts-we don’t mind! The ducks and chickens will LOVE it!”
