Liquor Control Board raid in downtown White Center
Thanks for the tips. We have some information about the midday law enforcement presence in downtown White Center – the King County Sheriff’s Office tells us they “assisted the Liquor Control Board with the service of a warrant in 9800 block of 16th SW.” While it’s an LCB case, KCSO notes this site, Todd’s Trading Post and an after-hours hookah lounge, was linked to June’s triple shooting. We’ll follow up with the LCB tomorrow.

This is hardly a surprise. The nearby smoke shop that was raided back in March 2018 at 9823 16th Ave S by the WSLCB simply set up shop a couple doors down at 9817, literally right next door to T Trade.
