  1. Hello, will each of you please do all you can to bring the National Infrastructure Bank (NIB) Act of 2021, HR 6422, to a vote in the US House and Senate ASAP? Biden’s current Build Back Better plan is woefully short in covering the total costs of our failing infrastructure. WA Legislators can introduce resolutions in support of the $5 Trillion National Infrastructure Bank. And this funding can be done without raising taxes, or adding to our national debt, and be budget neutral. You can learn more about the NIB here:
