It’s almost February and spring is in view … so early summer, and baseball, are approaching too! Here’s the DubSea Fish Sticks announcement of this year’s season:
Summer baseball is officially on the horizon as the DubSea Fish Sticks announced their 2026 schedule, setting the stage for another exciting season at The Fryer as the reigning Pacific International League champions return to White Center.
The Fish Sticks will host 27 home games during the 2026 season, providing fans with two full months of summer collegiate baseball and entertainment at Mel Olson Stadium inside King County’s Steve Cox Memorial Park. The home schedule begins on Saturday, June 6, and runs through Saturday, August 1.
Opening Night on June 6 will feature the Fish Sticks hosting the Washington A’s, officially launching another summer of affordable, family-friendly entertainment in White Center. From Opening Night through the final home game, Mel Olson Stadium will once again serve as a community gathering place for baseball fans throughout the region.
Fresh off the first Pacific International League championship in franchise history, the Fish Sticks will be led once again by Head Coach Elliott Cribby, who returns for his third season at the helm. Under Cribby’s leadership, the team has posted the two best records in franchise history.
“We’re excited to welcome fans back to The Fryer in 2026 with the best season yet,” said Fish Sticks President Justin Moser. “Our head coach, Elliott Cribby, has done an amazing job putting together one of the most competitive schedules in the Pacific Northwest. The timing of our season is great for our players, starting in early June and wrapping up in early August before many of them have to go back to school.”
The 2026 schedule features a competitive mix of opponents from across the Pacific Northwest, including Pacific International League opponents, West Coast League teams, and non-league matchups designed to challenge the roster while delivering exciting baseball for fans throughout the summer.
One of the most notable moments on the schedule will take place on Thursday, July 16, when the Fish Sticks host a West Coast League team for the first time in franchise history. The Marrion Berries of Salem, Oregon, are scheduled to visit Mel Olson Stadium, marking a significant milestone for the organization.
Off the field, the Fish Sticks will continue to focus on delivering a one-of-a-kind game-day experience. Crispy’s Food Truck will return for all home games, giving fans the option to purchase food outside the stadium before entering and between innings. With the ballpark originally built in 1979 and limited to a single concession stand, the addition of the food truck helps improve fan flow and reduce wait times. Fans are welcome to bring food from the truck into the ballpark, while traditional favorites will still be available at the Fresh Catch Concession Stand, along with beverages in The Ice Chest beer garden.
While the full promotional schedule and theme nights will be announced in mid-March, fans can begin planning their summer now through upcoming ticket on-sale dates. Season tickets and Flex Packs go on sale Friday, January 30, offering the best value for fans attending multiple games. Single-game tickets will go on sale Friday, April 3, 2026, which coincides with National Fish Sticks Day. Fans interested in single-game tickets are encouraged to join the team’s Priority Ticket List for early access and updates.
