Why are these events never promoted? This was posted less than hour before the event started. This same thing happened to the last night market – no information until the same day.
I tried to comment on this before but my comment was deleted. That makes me think that it’s WCN that’s having the issue.

Don’t know what comment you’re referring to but no, we’re not having an issue. We don’t receive any of these announcements. They seem to be mostly just mentioned in corners of social media, where we sometimes happen onto them, often at the last minute. There’s a new generation of organizers/promoters that I’d love to talk with but most of what we happen onto doesn’t have contact info attached to it either.
