		<description>As a resident of White Center, I do not like being referred to as a burden. More offense is taken that at no sales tax credit we are a burden but worth looking at with the 5 million dollar tax credit. Another point, the annexation is the North Highline Unicorporated Area not just White Center. Just a note to the Mayor and City Council we will still remain a burden when the 5 million dollar a year tax credit gets somehow diverted to a Seattle project.</description>
